The property is located in an area of Wiltshire U.K. My client commissioned Bespoke Design Services to prepare a set of technical drawings for a building regulation application submission. The proposal included a change of use from an agricultural barn to a residential dwelling. The drawings met and complied with the relevant current Building Regulation requirements. Consent for a full Plans Building Regulation application was given in June 2025.
